Terms of Use

The purpose of these terms is to comply with and stipulate the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery (hereinafter the "Company") and other necessary matters, as prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree.

Article 1 (Purpose, etc.)

(1) The Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery (https://www.banpoleeum.com/) user terms (hereinafter "these Terms") are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery when a user uses the internet-related services (hereinafter "Services") provided by Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery.

(2) When a person wishing to become a member completes the prescribed procedure set by Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery and presses the "Register" button, the person is deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Matters regarding the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant laws of the Republic of Korea and commercial practices.

Article 2 (Definition of Member)

A "Member" refers to a person who accesses Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery, registers as an online member of Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery in accordance with these Terms, and receives the services provided by Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery.

Article 3 (Membership Registration)

(1) A person wishing to become a member applies for membership registration by entering member information in accordance with the registration form set by Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery and pressing the "Register" button.

(2) Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery registers the applicant as a member unless the applicant for membership under Paragraph 1 falls under any of the following.

1. Where the applicant has previously lost membership status pursuant to Article 6, Paragraph 3 of these Terms. However, this does not apply where three years have elapsed since the loss of membership status under Article 6, Paragraph 3 and the person has obtained approval for re-registration from Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery.
2. Where there is falsehood, omission, or error in the registered information
3. Where registering the person as a member is otherwise deemed to significantly hinder Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery technically

(3) The membership agreement is deemed to take effect at the time Banpoleeum Plastic Surgery's approval reaches the applicant.

(4) Where any change occurs in the member information entered under Paragraph 1, the member must immediately correct and update the changed information.
